What do you think is a reasonable settlement after being dicked around for a year?
 

We've been offered 50% of an amount that was first promised a year ago. Lots of stuffing around, finally took it to mediation with a third party.

It's hard to say w/o knowing all the details but if a 3rd party mediator is coming back w/ 50% you should probably take it, wash your hands and walk away.

50% is better than nothing and anything more will just be something like 75% minus lawyers fees.

Sucks to see it go so low but damn take that and run.
