the interesting part of the story is there was 3 air marshals on one plane... whenever i fly i try to profile any air marshals on the plane

The day people unerstand behavior like that may lead to imprisonment untill the court date is set may cool some hot heads off acting this way. Yes, in a lot of countries you cant get out of jail jsut bcs you pay money.

curious, if a plane is in the air and over international waters, do u.s. air marshals have any powers? Surely they only have powers while in american airspace?
