What electronic toys/gadgets do you want?
 

I wander into Best Buy every time I go by the mall, and I never seem to leave with anything. Feels like right now I have all the electronic stuff I need or even want. I don't have an iPad yet, but I'm not even interested in one.

What should I get?

I have a laptop and a cell phone and a camera... Got all I NEED right there ;)

I'm getting hard waiting for the Blackberry Playbook ...

Insiders I know have confirmed that this is going to be the tablet that all other tablets are going to try to imitate ... :thumbsup

I don't really get the whole tablet thing that was wild at CES. Where do you use it? The TV commercial for the Galaxy Tab shows a guy walking around the streets looking at it or at the grocery store and looking at it. It just seems like a really cool gadget that has no real use outside of what my other gadgets already do.

I'm pretty content, there isn't really anything out there that is a "must have" at this point in time.

Perhaps when 3d gets bigger (and cheaper) in a couple of years I will be interested in something like that.

exactly... those things are going to be like palm pilots in a few years...


Other than a few video games I think all my toy interests and wants are anti technology based hehe

OOooh, a goodie list. I want a new 27" iMac to replace my 24" - I want an iPad to replace my iPod/ereader and I want either the Droid Bionic or the HTC Thunderbolt to replace my first gen Droid. I'm a bit iffy on the necessity of a new laptop. I want one. But I can't really justify it. My little macbook is still chugging along and I do the majority of my work on my desktop.

I'd like the mac book air for business trips.

got an iPad it s pretty cool when travelling ( reading news, small emails, cool aps...) sucks to work on it.

I guess the one thing I'd like to have is something like AppleTV where I can network all music, movies, files, whatever... From one single source in the house and stream it wherever I want.

My Best Buy shopping list currently has an iPad, Kinect and a Harmony 700 remote :)

The problem is that tech is moving so fast, each new gadget becomes out of date within a year or so. I want the iPad2, but the iPad 3 is sure to have 3D, and the iPad 4 or 5 maybe even holographic projection.

I'd love that flying drone thing that has a camera attached to it, but I don't have a garden and I can't see it being legal to fly up and down your street.

I really want an nice android phone and one of those chinese iPad knock offs that play flash
