If you promote big number of programs - be sure to check your payouts with them. Right here it's a complete disaster. Almost 20 issues with different programs including some big names.

Checks are missed, on hold and even some crazy shit which just makes me laugh

Just a little hint for you. Use /payments.php in nats3 program link to check your payments dats, because it appears that many programs have hidden it. so it's porgram.com/payments.php to see whether everything is correct with your payments

yes it's fucking stupid. lots of "accounting" and "bank" issues and passing the buck.

october payment can have 'paid' status when epass was already down...

so far missing around 1k just after the transition. some programs claims to send me the checks or wire payments, while i reicived 0 from them.

sent out four missing payment emails this week so far. only one reply.

Every payout I'm contacting affiliates to change their payout method so they can get paid. I have some that have never returned an icq or email and have money just waiting for them, but I need to know where to send the check.

I bet there are way more affiliates not looking after this than webmasters!

Each year I get back dozens of xmas cards, this year is no different, I don't get why people don't put the right information or change it when needed.

I miss epass.

Thanks for the payments.php tip. I keep a spreadsheet, which shows me exactly how much money each sponsor owes me, or I'd really be fucked. It seems that every period I'm chasing at least 2-3 missing checks and it really pisses me off.

yes but some now disable / delete payments.php. seen that happen before. one brogram does that on some of their sites now.

Yeah that is really annoying. The best thing to do is just stop using any program that does this to you more than once. There are tons of programs that pay on time all the time might as well use them.

i email affiliates at every pay period to change their info to check but it seems most do not reply or care to get paid, and most of the time the emails bounce or they never had a valid email on file
