GFY drivers on Gumball 2011

Morning,

Quote:

The 13th Annual Gumball 3000 Rally takes place from May 26th - June 1st, 2011. Starting with a launch party in London on Wednesday 25th May, the flag drops the following afternoon, Thursday May 26th from Central London, where 120 amazing vehicles will set off on the incredible 3000 mile route across Europe all the way to the majestic city of Istanbul. The route includes overnight checkpoints, race circuits, music concerts and parties throughout. From London, the first stage takes drivers to Paris, arriving on the evening of Thursday 26th. From Paris the cars head south to Barcelona, arriving on Friday 27th; from Barcelona the event heads along the French Riviera to Monaco, arriving on the afternoon of Saturday May 28th. All participants will be staying at the Monaco Fairmont Hotel, perfectly positioned to watch the Monte Carlo F1 race in style infront of the famous "Hair pin" bend on Sunday May 29th. After 2 nights of partying in Monaco the rally heads to Venice, arriving on Monday May 30th, and then on to Belgrade on Tuesday May 31st. The final stage crosses the finish line in Istanbul on Wednesday 1st June! This AMAZING once in a lifetime adventure costs an entry fee of £25,000 per car (see T&Cs), and as Ferris Bueller once said "If you have the means, then I highly recommend it!". The entry grid is restricted to 120 vehicles, from supercars to vintage, luxury, muscle, custom and electric futuristic concept cars...the more amazing the vehicle the greater the chance of being selected. To apply please complete the entry form below. "I look forward to seeing you on the grid...or cheering from the road side" Maximillion Cooper (Gumball 3000 Founder)

a guy i know paid another 25,000 Euro to fix his Ferrari afterwards - you better not think about participating if you need sponsors ;)

What?s included in the entry fee?
During the period of the event, all 5-star accommodation, food and events within the tour are included in the entry fee. In 2011 the entry fee also includes VIP access to watch the Monaco F1 race! On top of this throughout the week extra events include checkpoints at race circuits, as well as attending music concerts and VIP parties each night. We don't provide alcohol during evening parties ? we are promoting a safe driving event it is not appropriate to provide copious amounts of alcohol each night. The event is a true once in a lifetime experience, and everything that you will experience is the best of the best!
Plus: fuel, service... car transport from berlin to london (drive) and istambul to berlin (by truck).
