Claim "RAPE" then lie... no punishment?
 

I was just watching the news here and a story came on about a woman who told police she was raped by her ex-boyfriend in a parking lot. Police took him into custody and today she admitted to the police she was lying.

Why? Because she is a stupid whore who got dumped by her bf for another chick and used the "rape card" to get even.

The fucked up part is this guy probably spend a day or three in a holding cell while this cunt went on with her business. He would of probably faced some felony charges or even jail because of her claims, but rather she says she lies, then he goes home and she gets a small fine?

WTF is this world coming to???

IMO, if a woman cries rape, then lies, SHE should be put in jail for 10 years to think about what she could of done. An ex in college tried to do this to me, luckily she left me a drunk voicemail on my phone telling me if I didn't come back to her, she would call the cops. That probably saved my ass... literally.

Happens all the time with false domestic violence claims also.

It's pretty fucked up. An armed robbery is treated much more harshly in the legal system because of what "could" transpire (vs unarmed / burglary). As far as I know, rapists are violently targeted in prison. Plus they're forced to register as sex offenders anywhere they go whenever they get released. This is fine and dandy, but what if the man is actually innocent. He "could" be subject to all of these things, including death at the hands of an inmate, because of a lie.

Cunts that do this shit should serve serious time. Imagine how many men have been locked up because of some disgruntled or drunk and regretful bitch. Total BS!

I'm not sure how severe it is but I know that here there's definitely a charge for laying a false claim of rape against someone.

Idiot women who make such claims undermine all those women who have legit claims and make things that much harder for them.

something similar happened here a week or so ago. 16 year old girl claims she was raped at gunpoint by a random stranger. so cops pull over everyone fitting the description and the community is on edge to find out it was all made up. i read an article that said 7 out of 10 times rape alligations are lies.

Yeah this sucks big time! I know a guy who had the same situation happened to him. Fucking cunt ex accused him of raping her, because he dumped her for the other girl. He was taken to custody immediately, and due to lack of money and no connections he remained locked up for A YEAR in fucking cell!! Eventually his public defender worked out the case and the charge was dismissed.
The bitch didn't even have to pay fine for false accusation!

That's what I hate about US. You're taken to fucking jail no matter what, only on a "word" of someone. This is fucked up if you ask me.

As for punishment - sure, there may be a law the DA could use to prosecute her, but don't count on it going anywhere. Even if the authorities do take action, it will likely just be for show and let the case drop. But even, in those rare instances, a false rape accuser actually is convicted, she'll likely get little more than community service, and, maybe, a small fine.

Civil action against the false rape accuser is an option, but could potentially backfire - she could counter-sue for being raped and possibly prevail (civil and criminal cases are separate; ie. OJ Simpson was acquitted of murder and lost in a civil court suit). More to the point, very often such people have few, if any, any attachable assets; judgment proof.

As for who ultimately pays the price are women who truly are raped - many people just assume they're lying too and have no sympathy for their plight - who can blame them when so many rape accusations are false and the authorities seemingly don't care and do nothing.

Happens all the time. There's this old bachelor farmer in my hometown. You never see him, he never leaves his little shack. He's basically a hermit. One day my dad told me what happened to him. Way back in the day he was a popular kid, yadda yadda, had a great life. he started messing around with some little super christian girl, and they got to fucking. She got knocked up, her righteous daddy started losing his shit, so she called rape. Ran around town telling everyone that this guy raped her. So he was subject to daily assbeatings, and eventually jail. Couple years later the guilt must have gotten to her or something and she spilt the truth. After all the shit the guy went through he can't even handle being around people anymore. He's completely fucked, and been that way for decades now. Probably got the living fuck beaten out of hima nd raped repeatedly in prison. Why? Because some little whore couldn't be responsible for her own actions...

You should see some of the commercials they have on tv about rape over here now.

Instead of going for the "shock" factor, they should make a few commercials saying how false rape claims affects real rape victims! But no of course they won't do that, because women NEVER lie about rape... :disgust

Also, there was story running in the newspaper here for months about a footballer who apparently raped some chick.

His name got dragged through the mud, everyone taunted him and gave him abuse, yet it was proved in court she made the whole thing up just for money.

She has never been named for legal reasons!

So basically, she has gotten away with trying to ruin someone's life, yet will continue with her own life because she was never named and never will be, as someone who made up a story about being raped.

Nothing new. and depending on the state the arrest never goes away. It may be dismissed but it still shows when he is checked.
