Member Forum for a Wordpress Site - Possible??
 

i want to install a powerful user-friendly forum on my wordpress site. something as sophisticated as the forum script for www.gfy.com. do any plugins/scripts exist?

or would i have to install a separate forum script on a subdomain of my site?

if any of you can do this, please let me know if you're available for paid help.

I have no experience with the other options in this thread but I have used SP on a few sites and TBH, it's proven to be a HUGE pain in the ass and the users complain. Most want something more similar to VB. Not to mention the skins suck and when you start changing colors around, it effects way more than you want it too.

http://bbpress.org/ seems promosing. doesn anyone else have any experience with it? is it by the same guys at buddypress?? does anyone know which is better/less buggy?
