Texas has long been a hotbed of controversy on immigration issues. And a proposed immigration bill in the Texas state House is sure to raise more than a few eyebrows. The bill would make hiring an "unauthorized alien" a crime punishable by up to two years in prison and a $10,000 fine, unless that is, they are hired to do household chores.

No problem.

But why do people bitch about someone else doing the same for
their farm or restaurant?

What's the difference?

All I'm saying is that with all the rhetoric form the tea party about illegal immigration
they come up with this. WTF!

I personally don't care, but this kind of hypocrisy is hard to overlooked.

Why? As Texas state Rep. Aaron Pena, also a Republican, told CNN, without the exemption, "a large segment of the Texas population" would wind up in prison if the bill became law.

So, let them go to jail. It's their law.
They are the ones supplying the jobs that attract people to the states, and
yet they want to complain about people offering jobs that attract people to
the states.

Fuck them.

They either need to obey their own rules or STFU.
