Not very sure this is the best place to ask but here goes:

Say you have a camera, a girl willing to model for you and a location/set.

One thing I know, the girl MUST be over 18 and you would better keep a copy of her ID.

What else do you need for the legal part? A release of some sort giving you the right over the pics/movie? Selling rights? Exclusive rights? How does this doc look? What does it say..examples?

Anyone actually doing this for a living is welcome to post.
