With all these assassinations going on it does make you wonder about the true purpose of the oil spill and the spraying, especially given that it's right next to the highest density black areas of the USA.

As the Republican Think Tank (PNAC) once said "advanced forms of biological warfare that can 'target' specific genotypes may transform biological warfare from the realm of terror to a politically useful tool."

The blacks (from the Elite perspective) are the political problem due taking a lot of welfare benefits but they can't be seen to kill them as it's not politically correct, so instead you create an oil spill as an excuse to spray their biological weapon
