one look says the performance numbers are theory not fact. that thing will light the tires and not go anywhere.

If it were a front wheel drive it would hit those numbers without having extra modifications done to it in order to hit them, but would look like shit on a street vehicle.

Wouldn't surprise me if they added extra weight to the rear end for the speed tests and then removed it for the MPG.

You mean AWD. Drive axles are clearly visible at the rear in the pic. Not so sure about the front tho.
