No surprise at all that it was Air France. Paris is one city you really do not want to park anything nice on the street. Not just shit drivers, totally unapologetic about it too.

NYC is in France? I had no idea. I've driven plenty in both towns, only in Paris is nudging someone else's car during parking considered acceptable. I've had actual conversations with French folk who think Brits and Germans in particular are weird for being obsessed with the paintwork on their urban cars. So I'm quite happy to stand by my viciously anti French stance over stuff bumping into stuff.

So, get over your over sensitive French self and take joke. And no, I shall not remove my burka.

As it goes, it looks like the smaller jet had stopped a long way short of a holding point.

wow that little plane got beat the fuck up. I would hate to be on that, looks like a CRJ and probably scared the shit out of the passengers.

MaDalton 04-12-2011 10:56 AM

I'm actually more shocked with what EASE the 380 moved the CRJ and how little the 380 budged doing so. Another thing I am pretty amazed about is how nothing fell off either plane on the impact <G> would expect more tear than that... stable stuff those planes.

People have to wait for luggage and they are waiting at that spot. That is unfortunate for them.
