Ok. I have uploaded my Bank Statement, Photo ID and a utility bill under my name! And I receive another 3 emails stating that I have not uploaded my files yet WTF!!! I need a quick support for this! contact me immediately at 637-412-497

I think they want me to visit their office and give my documents personally together with my lawyer and a public lawyer who notarized my photo ID or else will request to the NSO and BIR here in PH to come with me and visit them just to tell them that I am paying taxes correctly. Oh my, I wont bother them if I had only $10 on my account I even not bother ePass to released more than $500 on my account.. In correction to your statement I have follow everything they ask upload everything that they ask now they keep on asking more documents later on I will upload my birth certificate, baptisimal certificate and a gay certificate. :) :winkwink:

This is just epassporte all over again. I won't be sending anymore id in, as soon as my account stops working , i will stop using paxum.. i suggest others come to their own conclusions based on the facts presented.

i am well aware of the kyc rules, and i think the point you are missing is , there is no policy requiring you to ask for the same id multiple times.

heres an idea.. if you sent verification emails "in error", why don't you contact those people and tell them you are sorry for the confusion.

seriously.. no offense but fuck off with the shit talk. nobody is asking why you are asking for id , nor are they upset about being asked for id, they are asking WHY ARE YOU ASKING ME TWICE. It doesn't help me or any of your other clients to ask for the same id twice.


heres 3 ways/reasons to ask for id.

if user != verified
#1 you havent sent any , send it now
if user = verified
#2 there is a problem with your documents
if paxum = made-a-mistake
#3 we lost your id and need a second copy

Smokey, Please contact support directly by opening a ticket or emailing [email protected]. If you believe you received the notice in error, then please ask them why you received the notice and if it applies to you.

Our KYC was recently adjusted, and now we do require color uploads for all photo ID's where before we would also accept black and white versions. Also, upon further examination of previously submitted documents some of the initial ID uploads for some accounts have been determined to be black and white, grainy, low-quality, unclear, etc, or perhaps simply not provided (some clients had special agreements with verification to provide documents at a later date). Any of these reasons could have initiated the request.

The best way to find out why specifically you have been asked is to contact support directly since they have full access to your account information and history.

We're not trying to screw anyone over at all, and this is nothing personal. I also have to reupload my address proof.

This is a measure we have to take for the good of ALL our clients; to make sure that all Paxum accounts are in full compliance.
