You are allowed to submit videos if you add in a backlink to them on your own site. So people will gladly add a backlink to them in exchange for free traffic.

There has been a lot of these type scripts going around on domains like this. Just google some girls names on MFC. Like "MFC Model Video" You will find DOZENS of these websites just killing the SERP. They are making some nice coin, whatever they are doing.

looks like they have a whole bunch of those sites - doesn't appear to be all that much traffic on them though....
