first of all i agree with the officers response..

second, normally in LA that just shoot your ass, so the perp should be thanking his lucky stars..

however, the guy was not given proper medical attention after possibly sustaining a severe head injury. people have died from less than let. they also threw him on the stretcher and it doesnt look like he was even conscious..

so, like always, i say fuck the police and their pathetic training and supervision..

Normally I don't defend the police but in this case he had it coming. You don't rush fucking cops like that.

I usually back the police but that dude seemed a little "slow".... but I doubt anything else could have been done while staying safe,

Was thinking that too, or high, but just noticed it says he was hopped up on PCP. Oddly, he starts off the video on his back, so maybe he was decked twice.

It's a tough job the police do, but IMO the cop seemed a bit too ready to throw the punch. The black guy wasn't throwing punches and didn't look about to either, his hands were by his sides and there were cops all around. He could have been 'controlled' without decking him like that.

back in the day compton had it's own PD, and to say the least, they were not as 'rough'. sheriff came in not too long ago and started laying the smack down (literally) from day one

People watch way too much TV. They think people can fight it out, where the truth is one shot to the head and they are going down quickly.

LOL back in the "day" that would have been a hood check, and not a punch. Gods the stories I could tell about CPD. That was my daily entertainment for a year and a half til LASD absorbed them.

These guys are 3 to 5 years working in La county jail, which is "Gladiator" school. And they lift weights, eat, fuck people up on the regular and get huge.


I taught BJJ and hand to hand combat tactics to sherifs for 4 years. These guys would then come to class 3 days later telling me; "you know that move you showed us in class? Well it really works. Tried that shit out on a few disorderly gang banger inmates". I was like, "no shit it works, I'm not in the business to show you shit that doesn't work".:1orglaugh

These guys are serious beasts in every sense of the word. And they are always looking for it. These guys make local PD look like pussies.


By the time these guys hit the streets 3-5 years later, they are like "Robo Cops". They can spot lies and bullshit a mile away.


Yes sir and no sir and being polite and respectful will get you out of most traffic tickets. Because they are looking for thugs and gangsters not regular people. Trust me, they can spot who is who easily and hate being lied too.
