Are the Navy Seals good guys or bad guys?
The Obama administration put three Navy Seals on trial for "roughing up" one of the most wanted terrorists in the world. Now the Seals go and put a MP5 round in Bin Laden's noggin and Obama takes credit for calling in the hit? Let me get this straight; it's not ok to beat up a terrorist, but if they assassinate a terrorist Obama takes credit? Can anyone explain this to me? :helpme
Navy Seal Team 6 - Fuck the Cowboys, they're America's Team!!! :thumbsup |
Obama did not order the roughing up???

Politics. I would assume that any upper end military unit (seal, etc.) realizes that they could be dumped at any minute... but maybe not.

Because Obama said, "don't rough him up", and they roughed him up.
Then Obama said, "go put a bullet in Osama's head", and they did that. Chain of command. Don't disobey orders. |
eh..obama wouldn't be trying them if the media didn't call for it.
every now and then you need to make a display of your own men i bet they get helped after they get burnt, after the public and the media forget about them |
The irony here does not escape me. On one hand they get into trouble for smacking someone around. A few years later they are ordered to kill someone in a foreign country.
Small crime ends careers. Huge crime makes them a hero. Go figure. |
What a waste, you guys didn't even torture him. Maybe they were worried that he was going to set off the highly explosive jacket he wears 24/7. What an easy death and painless death for that assshole.

He never took credit for anything that he didn't do in his speech, and he only took credit for what he did do, no matter what Rush or Fox tells you. http://i.imgur.com/iW8Nb.jpg |
