Is what has clearly happened was. You have a Philippine Chat Traffic Affiliate on your system. He is carding your program using chat traffic. He has a facebook account with a pretty girl's contact yahoo messenger or MSN. He met someone in the same area online as the credit card owner. He told the guy that he can view her free if he used the provided credit card information on yoru site. He signed up. Congrats, you just got carded by some assholes.

The last time I checked the Philippines is not located in Pakistan.

We had two of the three already shut down. The first one this month and the second on back in December of 2010.

You didn't read the post or it wasn't understanding. The Affiliate in this case sent the join url to someone in Pakistan that he met over the interweb. The Affiliate had a stolen credit from another person in the same area as the guy he searched and got the guy in Pakistan to join the link using his IP and stolen credit card information for location. I know it because i handle a lot of Chat Traffic and know who are the good and bad fish when allowing them to market my products.

QFT. This alone will take out 99 percent of any fraud. URL of site, email them, ask questions.

I was concerned until I saw you pointed out where they came from. We haven't offered a replacement for epass on a large scale, and have had our # of fraudulent webmasters plummet.

He never mentioned that sign ups are coming from Pakistan, he said and someone said affiliates are came from Pakistan :)
