Whats important in a Hosting SEO?

Nameservers For Each C Class IP?

Each C class with it's own RDNS?

I read this https://gfy.com/showthread.php?t=952659 7 seconds before I read your post, answers your questions, I think. Basically, yes to everything you asked. I use webair for it personally(Different C class etc., and the more ips you get the better deal they will work for you.)
