*EDIT* i'ved talked to them a little after the buy out. not about this problem now. i haven't seen scooter online guessing hes taking the holiday weekend off.

Please contact either myself or Scooter by phone at the main line x813, by email to [email protected], Skype or ICQ. Besides resolving whatever issue is/was present, he can assist with provisioning of a credit. I don't know if you ever logged a support ticket, but that or just calling the main HostHead support line at 866-746-3674 if the best way to go 24-7. There was no old HH support team, it was a part time effort by the previous owner and Gerry. Today there are 18 people supporting HostHead. Further, we are making progress on the transition and excited to see everything in an end state sooner than later. If you want to call me personally, I have always made myself available to clients of any size for the last 10 years 24 hours daily.
