12 years ago today (about an hour from now) i broadcast my first model on webcam thru Camgirlslive.com (streamray) on a 56k modem thus starting my existence in the adult biz

Its been a wild ride and the last 5 years have been amazing!

What was the worst mistake in the last 12 years of business & what was the biggest lesson for you?

Biggest mistake was getting into the webcam studio ownership end (us based models) in 1999 instead of developing traffic or paysites. Production and management costs made it very difficult to make any good money.

2nd biggest mistake was never taking you out to dinner :winkwink:

Biggest lesson is traffic is king. I should have got into the traffic game long ago. I know its the age old debate in this industry but without traffic you aint got shit. You can produce the best content in the world but if you dont have eye balls seeing it you cant monetize it.

"Get hold of traffic , someone always pay for traffic and no headaches" - yet again he was right.

Content is one of the cheapest factors of production , always has been.

and your so right about the people in the biz with money. you dont see anyone who sells or produces content at the top like you do the guys with a ton of traffic
