Facebook discussion plugin

Can anyone point me to the WP plugin that turns each blog post's comments section into comment sections that look like this: http://www.techcrunch.com click any blog post and look at the comments section

I don't care much for Disqus, I'd like an FB only solution since I can get tons of real FB commenters for dirt cheap.

No plugin necessary if you know a little html. Edit your theme and add the snippets.

is this hard coded per page? What if you've got tons of subpages?

I add this to my themes, because I've had a few bad experiences with fb comment plugins. I'm not sure if I've tried the one fris linked or not yet. It's easier to go with a plugin, but it's not that much more difficult to edit the single.php or other.

I have a question about the Facebook discuss plugin, once it's installed is it possible to moderate posts so you can pick and choose what posts appear on your site?

Yes. Login to your facebook account and reload a post where your moderator account made a comment. Click Moderator view and select moderate messages so you can approve / hide them. Also put in block/filter words to help you screen out haters and trolls.
