Zombaio-REBILLS?
Has anyone gotten Zombaio to do the Rebills(We lost a considerable amount of money due that) for June , that their platform update screwed up. I've waited over 2 months with 5-6 promises they were going to do it and still nothing...we also never got credit the fees they said they were going to do.
Has anybody else had a different experience?:Oh crap |

I used Zombaio exclusively on my non-affiliate type in tour.
For the last few weeks...the declines for new members have been outrageous. It finally got to the point that NO new sales were occurring! I wrote support about it. Usually they got back to me in a couple of hours. That was August 30th. Then I had a guy write me at claudia marie support saying that they had been declined trying to join. So they went to their bank to find out what the problem was. The bank looked up their card and said it had NOT been declined for any transactions. So I gave that person the link to my NATS join page to try and sign up. They signed right up through my merchant account using NetBilling with no problem. So I put all of that info on my open (and unanswered) support ticket. That was on August 31st That night on August 31st I updated the ticket again asking why it's not being answered. On Sept. 6th nobody had answered me yet. On Sept. 7th I updated the ticket again asking why I'm getting no answer. That afternoon of Sept. 7th I updated it again and informed them that I had just switched out their join page for my own NATS cascade that I use on the affiliate tour, and that sales were already coming in. I further told them that I would put it back as soon as they got back with me on my support ticket and had the problem fixed. On Sept. 8, 9, and again today on the 10th I have updated that support ticket asking each day if anybody is working there. I have received no response to that ticket at all. They always answered my support tickets quickly before. But as you can see...nothing now. And I was getting NO new sales, everyone was getting declined. :( Payments are still coming in like clockwork from them though. And rebills seem to be processing. I sure wish they would get back with me and get their shit together. I liked having them as a processor for my type in tour. I don't like having my eggs all in one basket and they provided yet another "basket" for me. |

yeah my current payments and rebills are OK , too.
But they haven't answered any of my tickets, and no one on chat live support *strange* I am just looking for an answer about Junes rebills, heck not just going to say screw it.. |
Don't feel bad, I have tickets from November last year with them that are still unanswered.
Best bet is to get off that sinking ship before it goes down. I have a feeling that a lot of the people who used Zombaio just to get around the $800 visa registration fee are going to wish they had shelled out and got onboard with a real processing company. |
Robbie, thanks for sharing all this. It makes me glad I never bothered to sign up with any Zombaio affiliate programs.

Too many problems lately... Each problem has cost us money. Fucking up the rebills was legendary. Changing the join forms was complete idiocy. These are management issues. Can't wait to see what the next HUGE problem will be. |

They usually answer mine also, except for the issue of rebilling for their platform fiasco in June that cost us money, and their promise to rebill and refund fees....
I guess they figure if they wait long enough people will forget the money they lost because of them |
