Google is your friend whether you're looking for mainstream traffic or actual clients for web design or freelancing.

I buy bunches of leads and work them on the phones and via email.

what type of clients? webmasters? traffic? buyers?

My clients for mainstream projects comes from Deviant Art, or some happy clients referred me to them. The pornographic and other sexual offence projects come from here.... :thumbsup
