This is true. I have a friend who is FTM. After top surgery the results looked less than stellar for around the first 2 years. For a while I thought the doctor botched it TBH. Testosterone really does over time change the body though in many ways. The scars did fade, the skin did settle to the new form and with a little working out and a steady schedule of T, now if you saw my friend on the beach you wouldn't do a double take.

Honestly Chaz doesn't look that bad. If I didn't know who he was and who he used to be I would think he was just a fat guy who got his moobs reduced. Probably in another year his face will become more defined and it will be hard to buy that he once was a she.
