Good for him! He's going to get a nice payday!

old news, but good for him

I hope he gets paid well.

I wonder if he will go public with how much he ends up getting for it or if Netflix will make him sign a confidentiality agreement.
This kind of reminds me of when Conan O'Brien joined twitter. he got a ton of followers and then he randomly chose some girl to follow. She had like 12 followers before (all friends and family) and overnight she got thousands of followers. The cool thing was she was young like 20 years old and about to get married. She had big name companies offering to make her a custom gown and others giving her a honeymoon trip. She ended up getting most of her wedding paid for and got a kick ass first class honeymoon just for mentioning the people that were giving her these things. |

you can not sell a twitter account the way they get around that is they say they will hire the person thats owns the domain and the twitter account is uded by the hired person

with this name - if he made the name before netflix trademarked or whatever they did with the qwikster name he will able to sell it to them - if not netflix can just submit for trademark violation and get it free the guy should just take the first offer they give him and not be a douche because they will win it in the long run |
Twitter will just give it the the rightful owner

How much are mainstream twitter accounts really worth? Anybody have an example of money they have made from linking from It or selling It?
