Nurse's 'beach sex with teenager'
 

A NURSE had sex on the beach with a 15-year-old schoolboy, a disciplinary hearing was told yesterday.
Pretty blonde Vicky Horsley, 36, is accused of driving the boy to secluded beaches in the NHS car used for her district nursing rounds.

Mrs Horsley allegedly had sex with the boy at least ten times - and the pair were also spotted naked in her bedroom and without underwear on a park bench.

Married Mrs Horsley faces being struck off as a nurse over her "three-year affair" with the schoolboy.

The boy bragged to friends that he was "s*******" Mrs Horsley after she took him and friends on trips to the seaside.

The friends would stay in the car while Mrs Horsley and the boy wandered off to allegedly have sex on the beachfront at Anglesey, North Wales.

Police questioned Mrs Horsley about the sex sessions with the boy who was referred to only as Child A, the hearing was told.

Child protection officer Det Con Alan Carter told her: "Child A has told us that you and him have had intercourse 10 times.

"The majority were in beach areas where his friends were left in the car and you wandered off to have sex.

"One of his friends said he saw you having sex with him".

A Nursing and Midwifery Council disciplinary tribunal also heard that once she and the boy were seen lying naked in a bedroom at her home and another time were seen on a public bench with their pants down.

The tribunal heard that the sexual relationship lasted three years and may have started when the boy was only fourteen.

The boy was interviewed twice on video after complaints made to police by his parents about Mrs Horsley.

Police twice sent papers to the Crown Prosecution Service but both times they ruled there was insufficient evidence for a successful prosecution.

But Mrs Horsley yesterday faced the Council's Conduct and Competence Committee in Cardiff where she could be disciplined for inappropriate behaviour.

Presenter Louise Culleton said: "The parents of Child A made allegations to the police that their son, at the time 14 or 15, had been involved in a sexual relationship with Ms Horsley.

"He and his brother would spend substantial amounts of time at her home and being driven around in her car."

The hearing was told another boy gave evidence to police saying Child A told him: "I'm shagging her."



It was also claimed that the boy feared he had made her pregnant.

Mrs Horsley, of Benllech, Anglesey, North Wales, was interviewed in the summer of 2006 when she denied inappropriate behaviour.

She told police: "I wish to deny the allegations in their entirety.

"I have been informed of an incident in the bedroom of my home where he was reportedly undressed and I was lying naked next to him. I wish to deny that incident occurred."

In the police interviews Mrs Horsley rejected all the sex allegations and claimed they were "lies and made out of maliciousness."

The police dropped their first investigation but in 2007 she was quizzed again after the boy said he had sex with her on a number of times.

The NHS Trust investigated - and the hearing was told "various allegations were proven".

Mrs Horsely was then sacked.

Mrs Horsley, who lives with her partner and two children, had been working as a community nurse for the North West Wales NHS Trust since July 2003.

She denies having sexual intercourse with Child A and keeping in touch with the boy and his younger brother after being warned by health chiefs to break contact with them.

She also denies allowing two teenagers to drive her NHS car when they were under the driving age of seventeen. But she admits allowing another boy to drive it.

Mrs Horsley was said by her lawyer to be "devastated and shocked" at the sex allegations.

The hearing in Cardiff continues.

yeah, i'm with you on that for the most part... but do you remember being 14? 15? 16? Could an attractive older nurse force you to do anything? Shit my parents couldn't even force me to go to bed early on weeknights at that age... It really is different for boys--at least around that age.

i understand, but as a parent its people in authority positions like this that prey upon our children that worries me, female or male, its wrong for adults in positions like teachers to be using students for sex. Of course not, I am saying about how I did WTF I wanted. My kids act nothing like I did. Their lives are totally different. Back to the old Soviet times. There was one guy in my school - a real bad ass thug. When he was 15 (8th grade or Russian school), he did beat and rape a woman (don't remember how old she really was, but over 25 for sure).

What do you think, who was punished for that incident - the boy or the woman? Right, the boy was punished and sent to a penal colony for underage persons.

It's odd how in some westernized countries this is a legal age of consent, and in others it isn't.

That aside, this woman was in a position of authority with children in school and she abused that position and the trust parents put in her. She abused the trust not just by overstepping sexual boundaries, but by taking a minor to random PUBLIC places to have sex. Fucking stupid!

If it were a Man/Girl or Gay man/Gay boy they would be demonized, jailed, prosecuted and people would be fuming, and rightfully so, as they should be with this nurse. :2 cents:
