Is he the smartest? Well, he got the highest score in a IQ test, 210. It doesn't mean he's the smartest, but simply that out of the people who have taken an IQ test he's scored the highest. This does make him pretty smart.

I think the guy is smart, but not 210 IQ smart.

that's just it.. having a high iq isn't enough.. it's what you do with it that matters.. plenty of people with mid level iq's making breakthroughs in science and engineering every year. Mensa is over crowded with inept under achievers on the other hand...

I've read about this guy before, seems like a perfect example of what lack of motivation can do to a person.

He says he is a genius. lol

I know a three year old with autism who can read. Maybe he is a genius too.

If he's not the smartest man in the world then he is certainly the dullest!

If I had 210 IQ, the highest score ever... I would consider myself a genius too...
