Payoneer: "Payment Rejected by Payoneer Security Department" - WTF????
I've been using Payoneer for almost a year now to receive payments from AWEmpire only!
Over the past year, I've always received these payments, every 15 days, without any problems. To my surprise, when I was going to check my Payoneer account today I saw that the last payment (sent October 10) was "Rejected by Payoneer Security Department". WTF is that all about?? Have you ever had a problem like this?? Why did it happen?? They didn't send me any e-mail/message. I sent support a message but I have no idea how long it will take for them to reply.. :(:( |

That happened to me with them and AWE so I closed the account and they sent the funds back to AWE.

in their defense any payments send to liberia is going to throw some flags.

Would you like to email me at taliakl at payoneer.com and I will check for you? SInce you have been receiving payments, there isn't a reason for you to have been rejected that I know of, unless the payment was maybe too large. Email me and I will check.

Well, in case you haven't noticed, I am here all hours of the days and nights, too - I check GFY (and other key forums) first thing when I get up (before I leave the house for work) and check them just before I go to sleep, too (and considering I usually only go to sleep around 2 am, that gives a very large hour range).
Anyway, our live chat and phone lines are often open a lot earlier than we list as well, but those are the hours that we guarantee they are open. :-) And my job is 24/7 anyway - no over time hours, cause there are no regular hours :-) |
