Hmm 3 sales declines from same person

I promote karups and you can see in their stats who did signup, and who got declined.

A guy L.Cohen tried joining 1st january 2003 8th janury 2003 and now 2 february 2003.

Any idea what this means? Is it a really horny surfer who tried it a lot of times, or a fool with stolen CC?

Just a fellow that keeps getting scrubbed is all, stolen CC's (unfortunately) usually will make it in.
