My role in this industry is cam site development.

Currently we are seeking to hire a cam engine technician who would be responsible for the creation, implementation and maintenance of a Java/Flash based 2-way cam engine script that will be the heart of a new site we are developing. Our incorporation is in the Netherlands.

Mr. Harmon, I appreciate your calling it as you see it. Luckily for know-it-all-hot-shots who think they know everything, I do have a sense of humor! You are one individual quick to point out here that you are in polar opposite of being in the know. Thank you for that, and thank you for your 2 cents, albeit not worth much.

Our cam engine developer will not be responsible for,

• Development of anything other than the cam engine.

• Site construction (HTML 5).

• Graphic design for site structure and marketing tools.

• Marketing.

• Site Administration

• Legal and industry compliance issues

• Business organization

• Anything regarding the operations of the site and business outside the specific focus of cam engine implementation, maintenance and advancement.

What this candidate will be responsible for solely is the cam engine within the site. Bug issues relating to pop out and resizing. Staying current with technology as it develops to enhance the features and functionality of the site. Streamlining a two-way cam to cam feature through multiple environments.
