E-Cartebleue or Payweb: one time virtual credit card

I had a customer paying with this today. This one is new for me and I like it because it might be another chargeback killer and people who are afraid to submit their credit card details on a porn site might use this instead and still become your customer:

http://en.casino-yes.com/payment/ecarte-bleue/

"Online payment with e-Cartebleue or Payweb card

Behind the words e-Cartebleue and Payweb card hides a single service, very secure, that we advise you to use when making your purchases and deposits in casinos.

The names just differ according to the bank. Credit Lyonnais, Banque Populaire, Banque Postale and Caisse d?épargne offer E-Cartebleue.

CIC and Crédit Mutuel, offer Payweb card.

With this service, you no longer need to give your credit card number. Instead, it gives you access to a new card, single-use 16-digit number. Generated by your bank, this card allows you to make a deposit in the amount of your choice, the same way as a credit card.

Use of this service is extremely simple. No prior knowledge of this type of tool is required."

Is this a France only thing or does it exist in other countries as well?

Bank of America has offered "virtual credit cards" for some time --

Pretty uselesless because you can't rebill them.

lol I thought the same thing but it's not totally true... because they can specify a custom expiry date. In that case you can rebill them because the card can be charged multiple times by the same vendor.

EukerVoorn, maybe you should try http://www.trustcash.com No 100% chargebacks. Potential customers pay cash online.

Tell me here how TrustCash works then because I looked at it before and I don't get it. Is it a bit like PayPal?
