The term "Sexually Explicit Conduct" - Connects with Lingerie or Bikinis?
I am looking at the direct definition of the term "Sexually Explicit Conduct:"
(A) Except as provided in subparagraph (B), ?sexually explicit conduct? means actual or simulated? (i) sexual intercourse, including genital-genital, oral-genital, anal-genital, or oral-anal, whether between persons of the same or opposite sex; (ii) bestiality; (iii) masturbation; (iv) sadistic or masochistic abuse; or (v) lascivious exhibition of the genitals or pubic area of any person; From an adult-community perspective, can this term still be connected to Lingerie or Bikinis? Interested to see what other members have to say about this one! :thumbsup |
Yes, it sure can. Google the term "Dost Factors"
Or find and read US vs. Dost 636 f.supp 828 US vs. Knox (2 cases: 776 f.supp 174 and 32 f.3d 733) You can have a " lascivious exhibition of the genitals or pubic area of any person" without any nudity. |
Nice, gotta hand it to the lawyers for being so descriptive about this crap. What if the "focus" is on the boobs? Then it sounds fine!
