How affiliates can get 2257 compliant?

So, how affiliate webmaster can get 2257 compliant, assuming that we don't promote anything illegal and our main sponsors have 2257 statements on their websites?

Linking a website/blog to sponsors 2257 page is enough or not? Its impossible for affiliates to get and keep any performer records from sponsors. Its ridiculous :error

I'm non-us webmaster for example and I can simply move my websites from US servers to NL. But what about US based affiliates?
