I had once mirrored site to three different domains,i changed immediately all content on my site because it kicked site out of serps temporally due that.I didn't pursued offender because he was from russia.

Just sent a DMCA to Google, however do I need to list every page and post URL in my complaint or is just the site URL sufficient to get them all delisted?

Write to both google and yahoo. Go to google forums and post the site and ask for a google employee to take care of the issue. You may think it won't work but it will.
Yahoo I wrote to one time, from recollection I had to be signed in to use the contact us form but I got a response to my enquiry in a couple of days. I bet they will just blacklist the other site and won't be an issue for you. Also, contact the host of the site and tell them to remove. Good luck. |

What should you do next???
Easy. Just sit in your chair at your PC, drink lots of liquid and relax...
Eventually, you'll need to pee, but dont goto the bathroom. Just keep on drinking... When you feel you REALLY need to get up... DONT.. JUST RELAX... It will be hard at first, cause its unnatural - Thats understandable - However, with practise, it gets easier... Eventually, you cant hold out any longer, so relax and let go. Focus your mind, upon how your dry clothing and chair are now getting wet and warm with your hot piss... Enjoy and indulge your mind in your bad behaviour... Feel your warm piss forming a puddle under your arse, and squish around, getting your balls and arse-hole covered in nice fresh piss.. Keep going... Before long, it will overflow your chair, and with luck, follow your jeans into your shoes and socks... This is a GOOD BIT... Enjoy the warmth as it fills your shoes, and soaks your socks... Chances are, you'll be finished at this point, but if you can REALLY relax, and let a duker go, then do it... After all, you have just pissed yourself for fun and pleasure, and so why not go the full monty, and shit yourself as well? ENJOY !!! I'm not sure if it was my direct emails, Google's quick handling of my DMCA request, or the actions taken by program owners/administrators on my behalf, but it appears as if they have removed the infringing material - every page now returns a 403 error.
