I need one to call a japanese company through skype.

They have a domain I want to buy and the receptionist I got through to keps sayingg in english she doesn't speak english.

Just thinking out loud, but is there not some kinda translation app you could use?

I dont have an iphone or an android, so I dont know, but it sounds like there may be something along these line, in this day and age?

Even if its a limited trial, it may do the trick for a quick convo?
