Looking for help setting up a adult PHONE Service
 

I am looking to start a adult phone chat service in the USA. Can anyone point me in the right direction to any reputable service providers that can handle the access of the 1-900 numbers ( or whatever they would be) and the payment processing. All I really want to be responsible for is driving the traffic to one central number, and then this company with route/switch the calls to my girls.

I have my own staff of girl operators. The way I would be paid is a %/fixed rate of the per minute charges for the call.

Have you checked out MyPhoneSite.com? They didn't really suit my operations but they might suit yours. I'm also interested in more suggestions.

They were missing some critical email updates, like when a new operator signed up, and emailing that operator when we approved them. I don't know if that's been fixed. I also didn't like that they charged a dollar to schedule a future session through their system, and that dollar couldn't be from the initial free credits that they give callers when they sign up.

Have you checked out APS or APP (Can't post link, not enough posts, but check Sig)? If I'm not mistaken, they've been in business over 15 years, although their new independent phone sex platform is new (ability to sell pay per view items as well). They pay on time, very professional, and I'd recommend contacting them to see if you guys can work something out. I've worked with them as a dispatch operator, and they handle my overflow calls to my direct dial toll free line.

They offer a few different options for webmasters, such as revenue share (percentage for calls to your own toll free number and also a percentage of referred webmaster's calls), backup service for Indy PSOs, and a new Solo Girl Site option.

I assume you've researched other options like BillPerCall. I'm not sure if you would consider BPC a "middle man" as well, because unlike the previously mentioned companies/platforms, they'll assess a monthly billing charge, start up costs, etc. BUT you would secure those sort of "auto pilot" features you mentioned in your initial post, which of course aren't free.

And really, if you don't have your own Adult Merchant Account, and aren't planning to take on the responsibility of running your own adult phone chat line other than from a marketing standpoint, wouldn't any service that processes your billing information for you AND serves as a dispatcher for your ops be a sort of "middle man"?

That's why I mentioned APS and their new platform, it sounds like you are sort of limiting your involvement in your (future) phone sex or phone chat business and if anyone knows phone sex or adult phone chat, they do. I'd still email the owners, at least to chat about your plans, ideas and goals.

If you find, or if anyone else knows of a Telcom who will:

1) Answer you incoming calls
2) Process your adult services charge
3) Route calls to available ops

(You didn't mention the following details, but I'm assuming again that you've thought about/researched these features too)

5) Provide detailed call logs?
6) Provide realtime status reports?
7) Pay your ops? (You mentioned in your first post about your percentage, I assume (yet again! lol) you will be paying your ops out of your percentage or would the Telcom pay both you and the ops?)
8) Email notification
9) Everything else I can't remember right now

Since you only want to be responsible for marketing your number, maybe BillPerCall would work for you. I'd research what others have to say about them, if you haven't already. HTH

I already have a successful phone business in Brazil and it works like this

The telecom company offers me all the telecom platform.

They offer me premium numbers and redirect the calls to my operators that work at home with their own landline phones.

My job is to make the calls come in to the premium numbers they gave me and make sure there are ops to respond the calls. I get paid after 2 months for the minutes generated.

I dont have any fixed income beside the salary of the ops, that are my employees.

The telecom company process all the billing and once they receive the money they pay me (that's why after 2 months).

They don't charge me for chargebacks, so they guarantee I will be paid. Of course they pay me much less they are charging the client, thats why they can guarantee the payment.

They also provide me with full real time reports for all calls.

I will contact billpercall and see.
