Amex - Paypal : just got a credit ...

... of 88.45 ...

It says it is to reimburse currency conversion of Paypal transactions ....

Anyone else got this ?

Note : I stopped using amex in 2008 ..

Paying in US$ using Paypal, then convertted to Canadian to Amex ...
I used it extensively aat that time ( 2004 - 2008 ) .. maybe a collective recourse that resulted in an agreement ... to teimburse clients for overcharging on fees ...
