Anyway, compile a list of things like those that have been banned, with blurbs about each. Draw in some traffic not normally for the gagging, extreme facials, but obviously with morbid tastes, and then throw up banners and whatnot to promote the extreme porn. But don't go overboard with the banners...if you make it too "porny," they probably won't stick around on the site.
