Looking for hosting and MINIMAL updating of website..
 

Here's the deal. We are a mainstream, not-for-profit company looking for a person or team to do just as the title says.

US Hosting, minimal updates in HTML, Flash and .php Would be nice if you had a ticket system for our updates, but not a deal killer.
