Anyone getting their orders with AFSC fulfilled?
 
I ordered content from them on the 3rd December and asked for it to be either uploaded to my server or for me to download.

Sent an email on the 6th as my account still said the order was unpaid even though money was taken on the 4th. Sent another on the 10th as the account still showed as unpaid and I'd heard nothing from them about the order.

Managed to get hold of them via ICQ on the 10th whereby I was told they'd check on Monday (12th) and make sure the content was loaded ready for download.

Contacted them again on the 14th via ICQ as I'd still not heard anything but got no reply even though they were 'available' on ICQ

Sent another ICQ message on the 15th, this time told the content was being uploaded and would be ready at 6pm PST

Guess what? Still no fucking content

Contacted them again via ICQ on the 16th and given a link showing me their new site which has the new download center and that the content is going to be on there because it's much faster but they're just waiting for the DNS to re-populate. Asked twice how long it would take for the order to be ready - eventually told they're trying to get the dns populated quickly.

All the while they're sending out promo emails and posting deals on GFY :mad: I had all this shit last time I ordered from them, should have learnt my lesson then. In 13 years of being in this business I've never come across a content provider like it and I've dealt with loads.

So it's the 19th, still no content, still nothing from them and their site still looks the same. Is it just my order or is anyone else not getting their order sorted?

We dealt with them a few years ago and it was unreal how bad the experience was. I have never dealt with customer service so awful in my life. This was back when Kelly was running the customer support and when we asked on the status of an order that was a month late we were told "not to give her attitude" and "her husband runs the company and she is carrying his child" etc. I actually took screen shots of the ICQ conversations as they were so unreal I figured no one would believe me without proof.

I get their newsletters all the time, they are pretty quick at sending those out.

Tell me about it :) but I remember there being a post when Burke and Rob took over that everything was going to be great and that customers weren't going to get fucked around anymore.

You wont believe how pissed off it makes me when people just ignore you and stop replying to your emails and all.

I give better support and I'm retired. Mind you this company has a history that tells me they don't have many repeat customers.
