What is the engine behind this
 

I know this is not a sex site but i want to replicate this for affiliate sales

Can anyone tell me what is being used here is it Wordpress, Joomla or something different. I would like to know what the engine and template is if anyone is familiar.

seems custom, but it doesn't look to difficult to be done in wp or joomla for any better developer.
