MY BAD, you are linking to their pages, but I don't think they would still like screen grabs used, maybe to have cam scripts that have the cam itself. Linking to the actual model online at the time.

Not only is it obvious that you would want content of the actual chathosts to promote the site effectively it is motherfucking allowed. I never have, nor have any interest in ever screen capping or capturing cam girls/boys in public or private shows, but it's an interesting discussion. If I were to broadcast my webcam over the internet on a public and open channel, would there be any legal recourse if screen captures, either video or picture, were posted on websites? Would I even have a valid copyright claim to DMCA the site that they were posted at?

I could understand recording video from a private show and posting it up on a tube site without linking to the site and profiting off of the content that way. But a cap from a free chat promoting the site with your affiliate link I almost 100% believe is allowed. Either way the conversions suck.

Actually, manycam is not a split cam, it is a cam program that allows the person using it to put effects, play videos, play photo slideshows, and a few more things. It is not split cam software by any means. I use it when I take a break on Chatiurbate, so people don't have to stare at a empty room.
