BIZ: How do you create a label ('Folder') in new look gmail?

I just had to revert to 'old look' to create a 'label' for a new projects emails...

I Cant find the 'create label' ('Folder') under the 'new look' ?

Any ideas???

click on settings gear button and revert to old look temporarily.

Click where it says "more" in the left hand nav. That will open up a link that says Manage Labels.
