Don't upgrade on a Friday when everybody is doing business and banking. Then don't send them an email them saying they need to reset their pass when they can't even login to do it. Wait until you have finished the upgrade before you send emails out.

Thanks for your concern. Since we will now be using an even more secure login platform, all previous passwords have been reset for all accounts. This is simply standard procedure in order to switch all Paxum clients to the new upgraded secure login platform.

I'm not sure where you are from, but here in the US when somebody makes fun of something that is obviously fucked up from an organizational standpoint, we say if we didn't know any better...it must be a government operation. I'm quite sure your have a similar saying where you are from.

No we did not have a security breach, we are simply fortifying our existing security features since there is something new and better available. We strive to provide the securest platform possible, and that means the occasional upgrade such as now. :)

Please go back to the main index page of Paxum and then freshly click Secure Log In. This will give you the current countdown rather than timing out. Thanks for your concern, but this is simply a login security upgrade. :)

And yes... Even banks make you switch the password when they switch platforms... Ensures that only secured accounts make it in... or helps to anyways...

Chase did the same thing to me about 2 years ago when they upgraded to having a number in your username.

In the future... Do these kinds of things at 2am on a Sunday... Most everyone is sleeping... Including me!

I don't have fucking idea how they did that. It was unique password, approval code protection..

Still no message from their fraud support team... and now this security update? WTF

Funny but before few days dating gold also did same,but at least they did it properly by simply when login to require password change and not sending it to your mail.

How about putting PDF file or a formal Statement Of Account each account like prepaid card and checking it seems your guys are getting lazy installing this and you are earning 100's of dollars everyday now its time you guys to install a formal statement of account like ePass, Payoneer and etc!
