I was looking for a new show to watch....

goes beyond fucking terrible...

gave it a shot...wish i could get my time back

Sorry I was trying to give a nice, honest, straightforward review without being too much of a dick.

opposite for me love the show

Only saw the one with the things invading the boat, thought it was pretty cool for a network tv scare show.

I think the show is ok, not great....

Good to know, won't waste my time on it.

The show sucks and I wasted watching three hours of the snooze fest hoping that it would get better.

Maybe I got jaded due to the ending of Lost ... I used to be a huge JJ Abrams fan. Lately however he's just gotten strange.

Alias - Started great... ended as a bizarre soap opera.

Lost - Worst ending ever (IMO) .. It made me feel like all six seasons were a total waste.

Fringe - Started strong...now it's just a bizarre soap opera.

The River - Awful

etc etc...

I just hope he doesn't fuck up Star Trek II

I don't mind it myself, has a different feel to it, and it has it's scare factor. I have heard it's not going to get renewed though.

Yeah, I loved fringe for the first season and some of the second from there it went downhill :( it had great potential!

Me too ... I was a Xfiles fan & had high hopes for Fringe .. oh well.

I tried to tell yall in a different thread....blair witch in color....i have seen better film on teeth....

Fringe still has the potential of having an actual conclusion or explanation.

The rest are like very sexy massages with no happy ending.

it went from a x files type show. to the two universes. supernatural went down that road but its now back on track.

Now I'll have to watch it ...

It's fucking silly beyond belief, but I like it for some strange reason. I'm not sure I can accept the pretense of everything being filmed at all times, even in the middle of a life/death situation. If I was the cameraman, I would have used it as a weapon by now.

I don't think he has anything to do with The River. Alcatraz is his new show.

this show is the paranormal activity dude and for some reason Steven Spielberg is involved.

Spielberg has spread himself really thin the last few months. 2 big movies and 3 TV shows, and a bunch of other shit in the pipeline also.

I see 0 spielberg in this show or in super8.

Super8 seems like a decent homage to speilberg, but still not that good.

Most of the time, he's just lending his name as a "presented by" producer credit. Last year he produced Super 8, Cowboys and Aliens and Transformers 3. He also directed Tin Tin and War Horse, both released on the same day -- which is mind boggling considering all that takes place around the release date of a major motion picture.

He produced the TV shows Terra Nova, Smash, The River and Falling Skies.

Has to be the busiest man alive. maybe he's trying to squeeze in as much as possible before he gets too old.

transformers 3? really? is that why a micheal bay movie was actually half decent?

the River lost me, after two episodes, which I don't recall even finishing.

I like it. It's good to put on in the background while you take a dump.
