well, yes, all the above is true, but at least you can check stats no matter how old is their system. But when they ask you to change sensitive data using a technology that barely exists anymore and can be used in any way (I could send a fax from anywhere and it's the easiest way to cheat documents) instead of using secure methods, that's a big no-no :2 cents:

Fax is just part of the process. Manual review, confirm blah blah blah..

Don't they allow scanned docs to be sent via email ? Not sure how there could be a difference, I'm sure its all automatically scanned inbound and added to a ticket system.

I can hardly check my stats with them. The admin is so painfully slow I can literally go take a shower or a dump and come back and still have to wait on it sometimes.
