not sure if its a custom script or one of those available for purchase already..

I would use WP for this only if the site was supposed to be like a tgp, if I wanted user interaction, repins, uploads and whatnot, another more robust cms would probably be the choice..

running a site like that looks like it would be a nightmare to try to keep your "users" from filling the site full of copyright infringement :2 cents:
