there has been content providers is the past that would not let you use their content on tgps, so i am sure there are some that do not want you to use their content on tubes. i've never used c4s so i do not know their terms. might be different terms depending on the provider.

do not assume that just because you buy the content you may use it however you wish. i am sure some content providers would like their content only used on paysites to prevent oversaturation and to retain it's value more than it would be if posted on hundreds of free to view tube sites.
