website-visitors.net reporting me for fraud???

Hi, tonight i purchased geo traffic (italy) from website-visitors.net . The website is linked to netcom-limited.com
The offer was good (maybe also too low, 31$ for 25.000 uniques while for example for french traffic was 90$/25000), btw i thought that this was because italian traffic was less productive or simply because was difficult for them to sell it, so it was a good deal for me and i purchased. I'm italian and i promote italian programs, and my idea was to test some traffic.

I payed to 2checkout with my paypal account. The paypal transaction was fine.
Today i go to the website and in the homepage i see "ALL TRAFFIC IS SOLDOUT. FOR URGENT ORDERS PLEASE CONTACT @".
I check my email and i see an email from 2checkout with the subject "A credit/refund has been issued on the following order". additional comments: FRAUD

Wtf? I contacted both the vendor and 2checkout. 2checkout confirmed me that the vendor canceled my order for fraud: " Unfortunately, our seller was the one canceled the order for that reason."

Now i'm very upset because
-the seller didn't contact me to check who i was, if i was the legitimate buyer, if the purchase was legitimate, the program i was promoting, the name of my website etc.
He simply canceled the order, maybe because as i read in the homepage he sold all the traffic for a better offer.
It's fine for me if he need to cancel my order but it's very unfair to use the argument "fraud" to cancel it, also because it could affect future purchases with 2checkout, i don't know if they have a blacklist or something similar but i suppose they have.

At least you got your money back - Most stories like this end with you losing your cash....

Yes this is good. What i don't understand is why to cancel the order for fraud.
He could simply cancel it saying that he had another offer...

ok thanks, now it makes sense :(
And do you know if this report can cause me problems for future purchases on 2checkout?
This is my concern, for the rest the cancelation of my order is not a problem, it was a good deal but well, it happens.
