And here in the south, the shitty government we have now and SUPREME COURT JUDGES think that there is too much people in PRISON and thus they free them after 5 years, and after killing a whole family...

The current government thinks that "SERIAL ASSESINS and CRIMINALS" are victims of our society, thus they hardly put them in prison... Basically to win the votes of the slums and shanty towns, where criminals are kings and get the vote of the whole shitty neighbor.

Personaly I think prison terms are handed out way too often. A good beating on the town square would be more effective and fitting.

A friend of mine was telling me about this guy's sentence today...I couldn't believe it. I can understand why he got it....but wow. Scary when people with violent crimes don't even get sentenced to that much time

Violating wiretapping laws is a major crime in the US and usually falls under federal jurisdiction since the violator went across state lines. Then because it was an on going crime, 50 plus violations the feds will treat you like an organized crime figure and view each violation as a separate crime.

The guy took a risk for easy money just like a major coke dealer or mafia criminal does and will pay the same price. Fuck him. He could have worked a real job like most people.

I was just in court this week and faced "up to" a year in jail and $1000 fine, but afterwards everything was dropped and I got my bail back. ;)

"hacking" is a soup of the day type of crime right now. If you're a politician or elected official, you look good addressing it as a tough guy.
